SINGRUF (Hingul & Lingam)
Chemicaly Red sulphide of mercury . Generally found in massive Granural or earthly form and is bright scarlet to brick reed in color . It is the 7th mineral of Sadharana Rasa. It is also identified as cinnabar . In ancient times it has been mined for use as pigmment as well as for mercury . It is then crushed cinnabar is roasted in rotary furnace to get quick silver (Hg) .
